  • Jaimie Valencia

    Jaimie Headshot

    An essential professional in the fitness and health world, Jaimie Valencia has been involved with fitness for his entire life. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education and a Masters degree in Deaf Education. He has biked across America twice at the ages of 10 & 13. He is an all around athlete, an avid basketball player and played on the Gallaudet basketball team for 4 years. Jaimie has been lifting weights since he was sixteen years old. He competes and participates in cycle races and triathlons. He is currently a Physical Education professor, basketball coach and the basketball camp director at SWCID. Jaimie is passionate about fitness and health.

    A valued advocator in the fitness and health world, Sabrina Valenica has been involved with fitness since her high school years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and a Masters degree in Deaf Education. She was an all around athlete; involved with volleyball, basketball, track and cheerleading during her middle school and high school years. She was on the Gallaudet volleyball team in 2002. Sabrina is a performer with the Rathskellar troupe since 2003. She was the Austin Scale Crusher team coach in 2011. Sabrina is involved with any type of aerobic workouts, strength training and 5k events. She is a strong advocator for fitness, good causes and charities.

    Whether you are a competitive athlete or just starting an exercise program for the first time ever, our goal is to see that you surpass your fitness expectations with passion. FITNESSZEAL strives to make every workout great by offering you everything you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.     Personal Training

    A client will pick which training to focus on

    • -Strength & condition training
    • -Specific sport training
    • -Private or group training
    • -Weight loss & toning training
    • -Mass training

    The training will include an hour-long discussion before and after training on a diet plan, as well as any health issues, concerns, and/or questions you may have. The training will include a nutrition program. The training will include a before and after body composition assessment (body fat test) The training may be done at either the FITNESSZEAL home base or at any of the 24 Hour Fitness centers. If the training is to be done at the FITNESSZEAL home base, all the equipments will be provided by FITNESSZEAL. If the training is to be done at the 24 Hour Fitness, then the client has to be a member of this gym.

    Boot Camp

    Our fitness boot camp is a type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval trainings and strength trainings. With, appropriate guidance, our fitness boot camp is designed to push the participants further and harder than they'd push themselves.

    Our fitness boot camp offers the following:

    • - A small group environment (10-20 people).
    • - An open outdoor space, such as at a public park.
    • - An orientation - First session will include time for completing paperwork, reviewing the class rules and safety guidelines, and performing a body composition assessment.
    • - Each session will start with a 5-minute warm up.
    • - Workout - The workout will typically be up to 60 minutes total.

    Pricing:  $20 for 1 session $60 for 4 sessions

     

    FemZeal

    (A day and half retreat)

    FEMZEAL focuses on initial woman’s fitness knowledge by going though a group support, nutrition workshop, skin and facial care, and two workouts with Sabrina’s guidance.   FEMZEAL will do a retreat with only 15 to 25 women.   FEMZEAL will include the following:  

    • 1 hour of ZUMBA class/or Kickboxing
    • 1 hour of Boot camp
    • Stretching session
    • Skin & facial  care workshop
    • One breakfast, one lunch, and one dinner plus snacks
    • Fitness trivia game with prizes included
    • Meal plan chart
    • Body composition assessment
    • Free sport water bottle

    Pricing:  - $70 in Austin, TX    - $80 in Texas  - $90 Out of state
