Personal Training
A client will pick which training to focus on

The training will include an hour-long discussion before and after training on a diet plan, as well as any health issues, concerns, and/or questions you may have. The training will include a nutrition program. The training will include a before and after body composition assessment (body fat test) The training may be done at either the FITNESSZEAL home base or at any of the 24 Hour Fitness centers. If the training is to be done at the FITNESSZEAL home base, all the equipments will be provided by FITNESSZEAL. If the training is to be done at the 24 Hour Fitness, then the client has to be a member of this gym.

Boot Camp
Our fitness boot camp is a type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval trainings and strength trainings. With, appropriate guidance, our fitness boot camp is designed to push the participants further and harder than they'd push themselves.
Our fitness boot camp offers the following:

- A small group environment (10-20 people).

- An open outdoor space, such as at a public park.

- An orientation - First session will include time for completing paperwork, reviewing the class rules and safety guidelines, and performing a body composition assessment.

- Each session will start with a 5-minute warm up.

- Workout - The workout will typically be up to 60 minutes total.
Pricing: $20 for 1 session $60 for 4 sessions
FemZeal
(A day and half retreat)
FEMZEAL focuses on initial woman’s fitness knowledge by going though a group support, nutrition workshop, skin and facial care, and two workouts with Sabrina’s guidance. FEMZEAL will do a retreat with only 15 to 25 women. FEMZEAL will include the following:

1 hour of ZUMBA class/or Kickboxing
